Suggestions To Help Balance Kapha Dosha:
At these times try to -
- Find a type of exercise you enjoy and do it regularly
- Take juice for breakfast, eat your main meal at midday and a light dinner before six
- Eat foods that are light, warm or dry
- Drink only 4 cups of water a day
- Eat lots of vegetables
- Cook with herbs and spices
- Get out, get involved
- Brush your hair a lot
- Dry brush your body daily
- Avoid heavy, sweet, cold foods
- Invite excitement and challenge into your life more
